Online conference on business incubator

The conference was presided over by Ms Daniela Rink, expert of the project between InWent and Ministry of Science and Technology on what is business incubator, why business incubator is useful and the role of business incubator in Dong Nai province. At the conference, Mr. Nguyen Duc Long, project leader of the Hoa Lac Technology Business Incubator, and Mr. Do Nam Trung, project leader of Phu Tho Technology Business Incubator, will share their experience on business incubator.

Business incubator is organization that systematize the process of creating successful new enterprises by providing them with space, comprehensive, integrated range of services, access to finance and specialist advice, networking services, after care and outreach services (UNIDO’s definintion). Business incubator can offer to its customers an array of business support resources and services on a “one-stop” basis including flexible rental workspace, access to shared infrastructure and services. In addition, business incubator focuses on developing commerce in a specific way on other business fields that is suitable senior entrepreneurs in their operation and development period. The key product of business incubator is successful new enterprises.

Dongnai is province with a developed industry foundation. The need to develop and expand business fields of entrepreneurs is higher and higher. Therefore, the establishment of a business incubator aiming to support and rear the new enterprises is necessary.

In the evening, the conference will discuss on how to set up and develop a business incubator in Dong Nai province, then to propose a project to set up business incubator in Dong Nai.
