Dongnai carries out plan to fulfill the Politburo’s Resolution No. 49-NQ/TW on the strategy to reform judiciary toward 2020

On July 25, provincial Party Committee held a conference on carrying out plan to fulfill the Politburo’s Resolution No. 49-NQ/TW on the strategy to reform judiciary toward 2020 (period from 2006 to 2010).

25706NQ1The conference had the participation of Mr. Nguyen Van Quyen, Deputy Head of Central Committee for home affairs; Mr. Le Hong Phuong, Deputy Secretary of provincial Party Committee; Mr. Vo Van Mot, Deputy Secretary of provincial Party Committee and Chairman of provincial People’s Committee. 

At the conference, Mr. Nguyen Van Quyen approved the Resolution No. 49 and Mr. Le Hong Phuong launched plan No. 14 drawn up by Committee for General Affair of the provincial Party Committee to fulfill the Politburo’s Resolution No. 49-NQ/TW on the strategy to reform judiciary toward 2020.

According to the plan, in the period from 2006 to 2010 is the time for all judicial agencies at various levels to prepare necessary conditions so as to from 2010 the structure of these agencies should be perfect in line with that of the Court. The court sector should improve its arguing ability in a trial and are not allowed to prolong any judgments. The control and supervise institute should work out plan to construct its department, division and unit in a specialized and expert way. As for the provincial Police should make plan to construct the investigation model at district level as to apply this model into the districts which will establish localized court.

In order to accomplish these targets, all local agencies, especially the judicial ones, of district, town and city assure that 100% of its staffs will fulfill professional requirements by 2010.
