The 2006 summer camp for extremely poor children to be hold

This is an annually activity of the provincial Committee for Population, Family and Children. The objective of this activity is to enhance the knowledge and responsibility of authorities at various levels, departments, organizations and people on protecting and taking care of children as well as to help poor children in the province to exchange with other children and to entertain and relax in the summer. This activity aims at helping extremely-poor children to get rid of inferiority complex, to integrate into normal life and to mould them into a good and useful people in the society.

The camp is estimated to attract 235 poor children of districts, town and Bien Hoa City who live in poor conditions, excellent students and aged from 10 to 16. During two days of the camp, they will have chances to take in many useful activities such as music and drawing contest, fashion show…
