Vice Chairwoman of Dong Nai People’s Committee, Huynh Thi Nga, is awarding certificates of merit to winners |
Fifty four families from six south eastern provinces enthusiastically participated in exchange programmes and the Charming Vietnamese Family contest, competing in a relay race, badminton matches and a cooking contest called "Vietnam Taste, Vietnam Soul” or how to set a table for a family party.
According to the organization board, the Festival was a joyful event in a cosy atmosphere and a useful playground as well. In addition, the Festival helped forge family ties.

Dong Nai, Binh Duong and Tay Ninh provinces won the first, second and third prizes, respectively in terms of regional prizes. Within Dong Nai province, Bien Hoa city is the first-prize winner, followed by Thong Nhat district and then Tan Phu district.
At the closing ceremony, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism awarded certificates of merit to ten collectives and three individuals who were the organizers of and participants in the Cultural Family Festival of the south eastern provinces. Dong Nai Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism awarded certificates of merit and prizes to families winning the first, second, third and consolation prizes.
