The 12th national conference about  selective problems of information technology and communications opens

    The conference was organized by Lac Hong University in Dong Nai province, Information Technology Institute and Science Institute of Vietnam. The conference is to carry out a thorough evaluation of IT and communication applications in the areas of economy, society and national defence and security. This is also an opportunity for scientists and managers from all parts of the country to meet each other, share their experience and knowledge and to disseminate their latest IT and communication research results. Particularly, the conference is also a place for young scientists, postgraduates and master students to have an exchange and seek for cooperation.

    The conference will last for two days: July 5 and 6. It has 17 discussion subjects: how to acquire knowledge from data, open source, e-education, distance training, language processing, embedded systems, integrated systems, virtual reality, image processing, video technology, IT in economic and technical areas, mathematical basis for informatics, management informatics, multi-media technology, simulation, electronics and telecommunications technology, intellectual technology, calculation software, network and wireless network technology, mobile calculation systems and software technology.

    Together with the conference, the Organization Board also held an exhibition with 12 stands of the units who introduce new IT and communications products

    Attending and addressing the conference, Mr. Ao Van Thinh – Vice chairman of Dong Nai People's Committee expected the conference to focus its discussion on the roles and efficiency of recent IT and communications and to adopt policies and solutions, which help implement the contents and orientations of IT and communications development in the coming time effectively .
