Applying the results of the 10th meeting of the Central Party Executive Committee (Session X) promptly

On the afternoon of July 21, the provincial Standing Party Committee convened a meeting for the senior staff of province and district levels or so for the purpose of applying the results of the 10th meeting of the Central Party Executive Committee (Session X) promptly. The meeting was held as an internal online one from the internet bridge – Hall of the provincial Party Committee to the other 13 bridges: Hall of Cultural and Sports Complex of the province, Hall of Dong Nai rubber company’s Party Committee, Hall of the provincial Police’s Party Committee and Halls of 11 districts and towns and cities across the province.

The meeting at the internet bridge – Province Hall

    The meeting heard Dr. Dao Duy Quat – a senior expert of the Central Commission for Popularization and Education and Chief editor of Vietnamese Communist Party’s online newspaper announcing the main agenda of the 10th meeting of the Central Party Committee, which includes discussions and decisions on many important issues to prepare for the Party’s 9th National Congress: a detailed report on summations and supplements to the platform on the nation’s construction in the transition-to-socialism process (Platform 1991), a detailed summation report on the implementation of 2001-2010 socio-economic development strategy and the designing of  2011-2020 socio-economic development strategy, orientation to the preparation for the Party’s 11th Congress and the all-level Party meeting and establishment of sub-committees with the intention of preparing for the 11th Congress... Quat said that the Congress examined the context, laid down the requirements for the 11th Congress and was agreed on how the Party’s 11th National Congress will be organized in the first quarter of 2011.
