The above problem was emphasized by Vice – president of Association of Vietnamese farmers – Le Hoang Minh in the task – assigning meeting of South East provinces which was held in Dong Nai on February 25. Mr Minh said that after the farmers who had lost their land (in the planned area) received vocational training and were provided with employment and if they had a demand for more training, the inspection would be continued to see how things took effects and then some adjustments would be made. Vice – president of Association of Vietnamese farmers asked the associations of other provinces and cities to concentrate on building the movement, “Farmers produce and do business successfully” and gradually encouraged them to change for a centralized production so that their products would meet quality requirements and have competitiveness on the market.

The same day, Association of Farmers of Dong Nai province offered a house of love worth VND 20 million, which was built with the fund of Association of Farmers in South East provinces and Phuoc Tan commune (Long Thanh district) to Ms Thach Thi Hue, a poor farmer in hamlet 6, Dong ward, Phuoc Tan commune.
