Mr Nguyen Van Dung – Member of the provincial Standing Committee are visiting the pupils of the class of love

At the present, the whole ward has 214 children with poor living conditions and 55 of them are attending Ms Hoan’s class. This is a spontaneous class for homeless street children and it has been held by Ms Bui Thi Hoan since 1989. So, they have many problems of learning conditions: books, notebooks, boards, chalk, electricity cost, toilets and so on. However, the pupils going to school here receive the certificates of primary school graduation from the city Education Office.

Mr Nguyen Van Dung – Standing Member of the provincial People’s Council said that the mission would, at first, meet with the representatives of offices and department of education to talk about offering the children books, notebooks and learning materials and Ms Hoan state benefits for her substantial contribution to society over the past 20 years. Mr Ngo Minh Chau – President of Long Bien Cooperative agreed to pay the electricity bill of the class every month.

That same morning, the mission discussed the operations of Rehabilitation center for disabled children and Binh Son children of Agent Orange with Long Thanh district.
