In the final round, competitors took such skills as listening, speaking (making a lecture on an optional topic), reading and writing.

Eventually, for primary school level, the 1st prize was awarded to Dinh Bui My Linh from Hoa Binh School (Bien Hoa City), the 2nd to Nguyen Hoang Son from Phan Boi Chau School (Thong Nhat District) and the 3rd to Nguyen Bao Chieu from Trinh Hoai Duc (Bien Hoa City).     The contest is part of the "talent-cultivating" plan of the program of training and fostering talents, which belongs to the human resources training project to serve and develop Dong Nai's economy and society in the 2006-2010-2020 period. Therefore, the organization board, through the contest, will select some qualified secondary school candidates to join in English extracurricular classes, giving them a chance to practice international standard English skills to apply for overseas scholarships.
