According to Mrs. Lan, Department of Science – Technology should coordinate with relevant agencies to promote more specific-extensive policies, incentives of the program to attract more companies, businesses in the province to participate; at the same time revise the investment field, the goal not achieved to proposed solutions, removing the difficulties encountered to implement the program more effectively.
Reportedly, through period, the Department of Science - Technology in collaboration with other departments and agencies have supported scientist - technology solutions for 181 units (reaching 30.2%) with a total budget disbursed over 3.5 billion VND (69.3%). In which, support for 49 units to apply advanced management tools and develop standards; 114 units implementing intellectual property protection and 18 units have been supported research new products, innovative technology and energy saving.
