Starting landscape improvement projects and urban development along the in Dong Nai River

​On September 17, Toan Thinh Phat Architecture Investment Construction Joint Stock Company has organized groundbreaking ceremony for landscape improvement projects and urban development along the in Dong Nai River (segments from Nguyen Van Tri Park to Rach Cat bridge, Quyet Thang ward, Bien Hoa City). The comrades: Tran Dinh Thanh, Member of Central Party Committee, Secretary of Provincial Party Committee; Dinh Quoc Thai, Deputy Secretary of Pronvicial Party Committee, Chairman of Pronvicial People’s Committee; Phan Thi My Thanh, Deputy Secretary of Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairwoman of Pronvicial People’s Committee attended.


Speaking at the ceremony, Chairman of Pronvicial Peoples’s Committee Dinh Quoc Thai emphasized, is very important projects related to social-economic development of the province, products of the project will bring benefits to the people in Bien Hoa city. This is a green project, so in the process of building, the investors should ensure safety and environmental protection


The project is divided into 3 phases, from 2013 to 2022 with a total investment of 2,200 billion VND, particularly, phase 1 is 416 billion VND, will be implemented from 2013-2016, including items: construction of embankments, ground leveling, riverwalk with roads connected to Cach Mang Thang Tam road, park construction and city block investment. Phase 2 from 2016 to 2019 will focus on restoring the relics, such as: Phung Son pagoda, Phuoc Lu communal house, at the same time develop trading center, office, shopping center. Funding for this period is over 800 billion VND. Phase 3: 2019-2022, project of building office blocks, hotel, investment capital over 900 billion VND. There are 3 towers, the highest is 27-floor office building.

It  is known that, project has a length of 1.3km, the total land area of the project is 8.4 hectares, in which 70% of the area for public facilities, such as: roads, riverside park and center park, 30% of the remaining area used for business projects.
