After the delegates reported about the results of the 21^st session of the 7^th People’s Council and the 19^th session of 9^th Bien Hoa City People’s Council, the voters asked about some hot social issues, particularly the prolonged suspended planning and re-accommodation projects which were already announced but not seen implemented, causing difficulties for people. Besides, other issues people were concerned about could be listed like environment pollution; compensation from Taiwanese river polluter Vedan Vietnam; financial aid in destroying blue ear disease-affected pigs, the construction of New Hoa An Bridge …. The delegates acknowledged the issues the voters asked about and gave their answers to their questions within their competence.
