Speeding up the site clearance process for 2 national key traffic projects

​(CTTĐT-Dong Nai) – On July 10^th, Mrs. Nguyen Thi Hoang, Vice Chairwoman of Provincial People's Committee, supervised the 8^th meeting of The Supervising Board for the construction of the Bien Hoa – Vung Tau expressway and a section of Beltway 3 – Ho Chi Minh City going through the province.  ​

According to the Department of Transport, the component projects of Bien Hoa – Vung Tau expressway and Beltway 3 – Ho Chi Minh City projects were implemented on June 18^th. However, currently, the progress is having some troubles due to site clearance, and land fill for construction.

Therefore, to speed up the project's progress, Department of Transport recommended involved units to increase the pace of site clearance, complete every procedure relevant to the investment and land fill in service of the construction.

Speaking at the meeting, Vice Chairwoman of Provincial People's Committee – Mrs. Nguyen Thi Hoang asked The Project Investment for Traffic Construction Managing Board and The Project Compensation for Site Clearance and Resettlement Assistant Managing Board to coordinate, review and carefully execute the site clearance process in the completing each segment before moving on to the next one direction.  As to the rubber plantation area located inside the project's area, Department of Natural Resources and Environment advised in writing that the Provincial People's Committee should recover them as soon as possible to aid the construction of the 2 national key traffic projects.  At the same time, The Project Investment for Traffic Construction Managing Board should coordinate with the investors and Department of Natural Resources and Environment to receive directions on how to implement the procedures for licensing land mines already in the planning.
