Kick off many social housing projects in 2022

According to the Department of Construction, the province is currently completing the procedures so that in 2022 it can deploy 9 projects on social housing to meet the housing needs of workers and low-income workers in Dong Nai. The above projects have an area of ​​​​about 26 hectares, expected to build high building of apartments for sale and rent. When these projects are completed, they will provide workers with about 6,000 houses.

Currently, in the province, there are 3 housing projects for workers being implemented on an area of ​​22 hectares with nearly 2,900 apartments. Through the data of the districts, Bien Hoa City, and Long Khanh have 410,000 people working in Industrial Zones and Industrial Clusters with demand for housing. Therefore, many workers really want to buy workers' houses with preferential interest rates over many years. Construction of housing for workers is also an area that Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee is giving priority to call for the investment from businesses.
