According to the Department of Industry and Trade, up to now, there have been 15 out of 27 planned Industrial Clusters (ICs) with projects coming into operation with about 190 projects. The leased land area is 357 hectares, equal to about 38% of the total Industrial Land area for lease.

Some Industrial Clusters that have basically completed traffic
infrastructure and environmental items and have attracted many investment
projects are: Tan Hanh Ceramic Industrial Cluster with 33 projects, Phu Thanh -
Vinh Thanh Industrial Cluster with 32 projects, and Doc 47 Industrial Cluster
with 27 projects, and Ho Nai 3 Industrial Cluster has 24 projects.
There are 4 Industrial Clusters calling for investors: Long Giao Industrial Cluster (57ha) is auctioning land use rights; Do Thanh Auto Industrial Cluster (68ha) has 1 project in operation but is waiting for comments on explanation and supplementation of dossier for Long Thanh Industrial Cluster establishment; Tri An Industrial Cluster (48ha) has 1 enterprise operating with an area of about 1 ha, has carried out legal procedures on construction, environment, fire prevention and fighting according to regulations and is calling for investors; Phu Vinh Industrial Cluster (35ha) currently has 1 operating business that is calling for investors.
