11 land plots in Cam My District will be in auction

Cam My District will put many land plots in auction to generate capital.​

From now to 2030, Cam My is expected to put about 11 advantageous land plots with an area of ​​​​nearly 890 hectares at auction to have capital to invest in traffic projects in the district and other areas in the province. Most of the advantageous land plots are located along the roads that are newly built or expanded and upgraded. In which, there are a number of large land plots expected to be put up for auction, including the land area adjacent to Provincial Road No. 773 in Xuan Duong Commune which covers an area of 220 hectares; The land area adjacent to the Ring Road No. 4, Thua Duc Commune covers an area of 190 hectares; 2 land plots bordering the Ring Road No. 4, going across Song Nhan Commune cover an area of 114 hectares and 97 hectares.

The above capital-generating land areas have been supplemented by Cam My District in the land use plan for the period 2021-2030 and approved by the Provincial People's Committee. In the next 5 years, Cam My is a district that will develop quickly because it is adjacent to Long Thanh International Airport, many new routes are invested by the Provincial People's Committee to connect with the airport and other localities. In addition, the Dau Giay - Phan Thiet Expressway passing through the district has also been completed and put into operation.
