Nhon Trach District has 4,100 hectares of residential land by 2030

According to the Land Use Plan for the 2021-2030 period of Nhon Trach District, which has just been approved by the Provincial People's Committee, by 2030, the district's residential land area will be nearly 4,100 hectares, increasing nearly 2,100 hectares compared to the current area. In which, the rural land area is more than 3,836 hectares and the urban land area is nearly 260 hectares. In the coming years, Nhon Trach District will convert a lot of agricultural land to non-agricultural land to implement projects in residential areas and urban areas in Hiep Phuoc Communes and townships.

In addition, in the fields of industry, trade, services, transportation, education and training, many land areas are planned by Nhon Trach District to implement projects to meet local development requirements. It is estimated that about 6,100 hectares of agricultural land, including land for rice cultivation, land for annual crops, and land for perennial crops, will be converted to implement projects in different fields.
