On the morning of May 29, The Provincial Standing Council of Emulation – Praise held a conference of assessing the performance of Emulation - Praise Rules for the past 8 years.
Since implementing the rules of emulation, praise and patriotic emulate movement, praise and honor work, as well as typically advanced expansion in Province, there have been significant improvement, which brings practical results. However, some of delegates suggested there should be further supplements and adjustments to the rules as to make it more suitable for the practical life, to motivate the emulation movement such as extending the praise authority, creating more standard honors of emulation and reconsidering ones which are not reasonable (an Emulative soldier at the grassroots levels has to be creative; period of time for an officer to achieve the honor of an Emulative soldier at the grassroots levels –and working community should maintain their consecutive as well as long lasting excellence, which is the first criterion to get the higher promotion); considering emulation and praise into 2 groups: leader one and specialist one with suitable criteria.
