Huynh Dam Member of Vietnam Communist Party Central Committee and The Chairman of Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee paid a working visit to the provincial Fatherland Front Committee.

At the working session with the provincial Fatherland Front Committee, Huynh Dam along with his delegation focused studying results of congress of the Fatherland Front Committee at levels, preparations for the 7th Congress of provincial Fatherland Front Committee as well as collaborative programs with its associations, local authorities and sectors and committees of the provincial Fatherland Front Committee of taking care of the poor, building houses of gratitude, eliminating makeshift houses, etc.       

Accordingly, in 2008, the provincial Fatherland Front and its organizations mobilized them to have 1,166 houses of compassion built, 101 dilapidated houses repaired, offer 5,700 scholarship sets, present 500 bikes to poor studious students, etc.   

The Chairman of Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee Huynh Dam has admitted efforts of Dongnai to bring into full play the national unity bloc and contribute to the province’s socio-economic development. He also highly appreciated organization of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at two levels (grassroots and district level). Besides, he mentioned some major items in task of the Fatherland Front in 2009, focusing on taking care of the poor. For him, it is important to mobilize the national unity bloc power, especially call for participation of walks of life in the program entitled “Joining Hands For Solidarity” to be organized in 2009 Tet to accomplish the task.
