Taiwanese businesses will invest in the service sector of Dong Nai.

On March 3, the Vice – chairman of the provincial People’s Committee met with Mr Ly Thien Chi, the President of the Taiwanese Trade Association in Vietnam.

The Vice - chairman of the provincial People’s Committee met with Mr Ly Thien Chi.

    In the meeting, Mr Chi suggested that Dong Nai should create favorable conditions for some Taiwanese businesses to invest in vocational training, construction, restaurants and hotels to serve foreign businesses doing business in Dong Nai. At the present time, Taiwanese investors are carrying out procedures for investing in a complex including five – star hotels, office buildings and trading centers with the total investment capital of US$ 50 million in Long Binh ward (Bien Hoa city). This project is expected to be finished for 2 years and a half after the ground – breaking day. “In the coming time, Taiwan will offer three provinces five fire engines: 2 for Dong Nai, 1 for Binh Duong, 1 for Long An and 1 for Ho Chi Minh City to assist fire prevention and fighting in industrial parks" added he.
