The Conference view.

According to report from Propaganda and Training Section of the provincial Party committee, It could show that deployment of grasping thoroughly directive 14_CT/TW and announcement no. 71_TB/TW of Standing Politburo Commission showed  approval and fully awareness of importance of popularization task from all officials, party members. Through that, committee and party level along with authority will attach more importance to the role of a reporter’s work as well as oral popularization in new situation and they will continue to enhance committee level’s leadership for task oral popularization.

Up to December 2006, the whole province has 2,296 reporters, popularizing officers with 30 reporters of province level, 207 ones of 11 districts,, city and 5 party committees , 146 ones of political and social organizations and unions and 1,918 reporters and popularizing officers of grassroots level.

In recent years, the staff of reporters and popularizing officers have more and more met standards of competence, had ability of  political argument meeting well assignment’s requirement and they have been master of basic content of Marxism_Leninism, Ho Chi Minh  ideology, guideline, standpoint of Party, policy, law of the government. Moreover, they have had general knowledge of politics, economy, culture, science and know how to apply psychology, methodology, and popularization skill, especially oral one, ability of  understanding and processing information. They should have also measure to analyze and argue, approach to present talks, method to mobilize and convince public, self-control                  ability along with ability to interact with listeners. Also, they always have right viewpoint, steady political will and the staff are more and more consolidated.
