The second congress of the province’s typical “fondness family for learning” and “study encouragement family line”.

The provincial leaders are awarding certificates of merit to fondness family for learning.

Conducting mobilization of building fondness family for learning, study encouragement family line in the province, in the last three years ( 2005-2007), the whole province have 66,170 families registering to set up fondness family for learning, 15,421 families acknowledged to reach standard of fondness family for learning. Most of communes, wards and towns, after checking, awarded families with the title of “fondness family for learning”. the local with the highest result was Bien hoa with 21,760 families enrolling, 5,025 families of which were acknowledged to meet standards of

 “fondness family for learning”. Xuan Loc District have 6.583 families registering and  1,768 ones were  acknowledged. Study encouragement family line alone in many places haven’t organized registration; however, in reality there have been some families doing task of study encouragement task well. Bien Hoa had family name of Vu represented by Vu Ngoc Thuan living in Buu Hoa ward, and  the family name of Nguyen of great-great-grandfather Nguyen Van Minh represented by Nguyen Van Son living in Long Binh ward. Xuan Loc had two family names of Le and Nguyen in Gia Ray township in Song Ray commune. Cam My had family name of Bui Phai in Song Ray commune. Tan Phu had  family name of Tran in Phu Dien commune and Vinh Cuu had family name of  of Bach in Ma Da commune.

 who took part in the congress and she hoped that in some coming years the number of 15,421 fondness families for learning would raise two or three time. As for study encouragement family line alone, not many families have had long learning tradition. In spite of that, families should continue to try. Cause long history and tradition is done by many successive generations. The Vice-Chairman affirmed that the mobilization of building fondness families for learning, study encouragement family lines was not the task for study encouragement society alone but for the society. We are trying to build our country to become “ a study society” with nuclear being fondness families for learning, study encouragement family lines. Therefore, the Vice-chairman suggests that executive committee, the party, people’s committee of districts, towns, Bien Hoa city bring mobilization of building fondness families for learning, study encouragement families to socio-economic development target of the local from now to 2010 and in next years.

On this occasion, 118 families receiving the title of “ fondness families for learning” and 5 familes awarded “study encouragement familie line” and 8 collectives gaining excellent achievements in the movement of building fondness families for learning and study encouragement family lines were awarded certificates of merit from the provincial people’s committee.
