The Congress will take place in 2 days of March 13 – 14. On the first working day, the Congress would listen to the reports on the tasks of developing union’s members, building a basic-level union strongly and firmly, implementing the program on expanding the union member’s network to one million of the Executive Board of the Vietnamese General Confederation of Labor; collecting suggestions for the draft documents of the congress and the summary report on the Trade Union’s activities and so on. In the late afternoon, the Congress would distribute work among many groups for discussion, listen to the reports and carry out election…Also on this day, the members of the new term of the Executive Board convened its first plenum to elect the titles.

On the second working day (March 14), the Congress will listen to the report on the results of the first plenum and present the Executive Board of Trade Union and Civil Servants in Dong Nai province in the 2008-2013 tenure.
