Mr. Nguyen Van Thao, Director of Agricultural Project Management Board admitted that Gia Duc reservoir (located in Thong Nhat district) is progressing more slowly than required due to difficulties and obstacles during land clearance and acclamation. In particular, the cadastral mapping is delayed for 7 months; the price fix for land remuneration and construction cost are changing so critically that it is necessary to adjust total investment to ensure the suitability.
