Currently, Dong Nai is carrying out the planning for the building of the 32-hectare pottery industrial cluster of Tan Hanh in Bien Hoa.
Under Dong Nai People’s Committee’s decision no. 367, manufacturing facilities in the center of Bien Hoa are forced to relocate into Tan Hanh industrial cluster from January 1, 2009 to December 31, 2011.

Meanwhile, there exist problems in the application of support policies to the facilities that will be relocated into industrial clusters under the Prime Minister’s decision no. 86.
