April 28, on the occasion of the 65th anniversary of War Zone D, and of the 50th anniversary of the Trung Uong Cuc Mien Nam (or the Central Bureau of the South Vietnam) and of the 30th anniversary of Liberation Day of the South Vietnam, the Youth Committee at Dong Nai Provincial Police organized visits to War Zone D for youth union members and youths.

The visit to War Zone D is an opportunity to help educate young generations on traditions

More than 80 youth union members, and young people who are representatives for Dong Nai Police burned incense and laid flowers at the Memorial Stele, listened to descriptions, had a look at exhibits, and at the photos that reflect the direction process of the Central Bureau of the South Vietnam in 1961-1962 period, met with and had exchanges with one another, heard  witnesses tell about our people and troops’ process of building and fighting in War Zone D.

Thereby, this helps educate youth union members on patriotism, and show gratitude to generations of ancestors’ dedication to the country and dying for the country, and preserve peace for national independence.
