On September 12 morning, the Tan Bien ward-based Orphan Nourishing Center of Ha Noi parish inaugurated after ten months under construction. The center covers an area of some 3,000 square kilometers.

The center is caring and nourishing 19 orphans ranging from grade 1 to grade 11
and opening one compassionate class for 120 poor students in the locality. As
known, in the time to come, when all the works are finished, the center could
receive and nourish 60 to 100 orphans.
