Bien Hoa public security completed records and suggested prosecuting 39 cases and 56 defendants involved in illegal trading and storage of drugs, and administratively punished 47 individuals linked to illegal use of drugs. Typically, the force razed a line of ecstasy supply, seizing 181 pills.

It is alarming that during the course of the first six months, number of addicts dramatically rose, in comparison with that in late 2008. Currently, 178 addicts have been re-educated in the locality (up 39 addicts compared with late 2008). Reason accounting for the rise is majorly re-addiction.

In the time to come, drug control propaganda and education should be paid much attention; while timely detection to handle involved subjects; ceaseless attacks to drug lines, gathering points, drug trading, transportation, storage groups; helping the drug quitters to reintegrate in the community; preventing them from re-addiction, and so on are the affair that need the whole community's involvement to make a society wholesome and drug-free.
