Fire-fighting practice at Buu Hoa ward.

The practice situation was that when people in An Phong company were working, a group of workers realized a fire. At once, workers scattered and the fire broke out drastically. The neighborhood has 585 households consisting of 3,697 populations, 28 enterprises as well as private establishments and company specializing in civil carpentry processing and export.     The steering committee had a meeting to withdraw experience after the practice ended. According to Trinh Van Thuyet, Deputy Manager of the provincial Public Security Department said, “In term of theory, this practice achieved 60% of the set target. Its biggest limitation is that the collaboration between professional firefighting forces and night watchmen force and firefighters at the grassroots unit has not been close yet and confused”. 

Therefore, the steering committee also suggested that ward-level police and local authorities should have detailed fire preventing project and promote popularization so that workers in carpentry processing establishments along with night-watchmen and on-site firefighters can react well in case of fires.
