Delegates contribute opinions to the two bills

Delegates focused on discussing and contributing comments to the chapter XIII and XIV of the Labor Draft Code stating role of Trade Union and modified contents of the Trade Union Draft Law, particularly role of Trade Unions at grassroots levels. Certain opinions posed that we needed further review of feasibility of realizing amended contents such as time for establishing Trade Unions, regulations of performance, labor dispute settlement, propaganda tasks, the allowance policies for the union staff working in the enterprises, etc. to avoid loose sanction that might lead to weakening the laws.
