Vinh Cuu district proposed an investment policy for a social housing project in Thanh Phu commune

​(News Portal – Dong Nai) - To ensure the completion of Resolution No. 07-NQ/TU dated August 22, 2022 of the Provincial Party Executive Committee on the development of worker housing and social housing in the period 2021-2025 in the district, the People's Committee of Vinh Cuu District has developed a plan to develop worker housing and social housing in the district for the period 2021-2025. Vinh Cuu district has prepared a document proposing investment policies for a social housing project in Thanh Phu commune and submitted it to the Provincial People's Committee. ​​

According to regulations, for social housing projects located in the land bank of 20% of commercial housing projects, the district's People's Committee has directed the Department of Infrastructure Economics to work with investors who have projects to implement social housing items in accordance with approved planning. ​
