Reporting on operational results, Head of the Dong Nai Industrial Zones Authority Nguyen Tri Phuong said that in 2023, industrial parks in the area attracted more than 1.2 billion USD (an increase of 14% compared to 2022) and more than 2.4 trillion VND of domestic investment capital. At the conference, representatives of industrial park infrastructure investors presented difficulties and obstacles in the development process. Accordingly, some industrial zones want to soon receive the approval of an increase in construction density in their zones; the issue of traffic connection is not synchronous, so it is necessary to invest from national highways into each industrial park; issues in site clearance work affect infrastructure construction... Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thi Hoang has assigned responsibilities to departments and localities, as well as Dong Nai Industrial Zones Authority based on the request of the industrial park infrastructure investors to respond and offer solutions to help overcome difficulties.

At that time, secondary investors are also forced to change. The Dong Nai Industrial Zones Authority must review their industrial park system to see what limitations need to be removed to meet higher standards. The province must also support industrial parks in their transformation roadmap because developing green industrial parks, green ports, and green businesses is the goal that Dong Nai is aiming for.

At the same time, to serve secondary businesses well, issues such as water supply, wastewater treatment, electricity supply, telecommunications, and connecting transport infrastructure must also be ready in the best possible way. Attractive projects that truly have high added value, are effective in land use, and are economical in resources will be a prerequisite to receive investment incentives from Dong Nai province.
