Completing the environmental protection coordination regulations of industrial parks

​(News Portal – Dong Nai) – The provincial People's Committee is seeking opinions on the Coordination Regulations for environmental protection in Dong Nai province's industrial parks.

The regulations stipulate the coordination responsibilities between the Dong Nai Industrial Zones Authority and provincial departments, divisions and offices; District and Commune People's Committees on the content of coordination and responsibilities of agencies, organizations and individuals in state management of environmental protection in industrial parks.

There are 6 coordination contents in total: propaganda, raising awareness of environmental protection for industrial parks infrastructure investors, enterprises in industrial parks; resolving administrative procedures for environmental protection under their authority; inspecting, supervising the implementation of environmental protection laws by enterprises in industrial parks, handling administrative violations if any; resolving reflections, complaints, denunciations, disputes in the environmental field related to industrial parks; preventing, responding to and overcoming environmental incidents within the scope of industrial parks; building a database, exploiting and using data on environmental protection in industrial parks.

Dong Nai Industrial Zones Authority is the focal agency, responsible for coordinating, monitoring, inspecting and urging the implementation of these Regulations​
