Long Giao town area will auction 3 land plots near Long Giao Ring Road.

Recently, the Provincial People's Council has issued Resolution No. 30/NQ-HDND on giving opinions on the project of exploiting land fund in the vicinity of traffic projects in Cam My area to create a driving force for the development of road transport infrastructure assets. Accordingly, the Provincial People's Council agreed to deploy the project of exploiting the land fund at Long Giao Center, Xuan Duong commune (Cam My district) with 4 locations near roads with many advantages. The above lands have a total area of more than 208 hectares. In which, a land area adjacent to the N1 road project in Xuan Duong commune has an area of nearly 24 hectares; three land plots adjacent to the Long Giao Ring Road project in Long Giao Center with an area of nearly 136ha, nearly 40ha and nearly 9ha, respectively.

The above lands will be auctioned for land use rights in accordance with the law and the individual and the winning unit of the land auction will comply with the planning. It is expected that the cost of compensation, ground clearance and resettlement of the surrounding land areas is more than VND 201 billion. The money from the auction of the 4 advantageous land plots are estimated at more than VND 4,350 billion.
