At the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Tan Duc emphasized that in the 2022 plan, Dong Nai will auction 15 land plots with a starting price of more than VND 2.8 trillion, but due to a number of obstacles leading to very slow auction progress. The Department of Natural Resources and Environment, the Department of Construction, the Department of Planning and Investment, and the Department of Finance must coordinate and quickly remove obstacles to put the land plots up for auction, and have more capital to invest in technical infrastructure works in the province. Auctioned land plots must publicize information and select qualified enterprises to participate.
