Talking about his arduous journey, Hoan said that there were times when he had to ride a motorbike alone to sell goods throughout the Central, Western, Dong Nai and neighboring provinces. The pressure of the sales job helped him gain very beneficial experiences after starting a business.
In 2015, when the conditions were right, Mr. Hoan began to set up his own business with the production of pillow and mattress products to offer and sell products. Recently, when more and more units joined this playground, he boldly changed his strategy to specialize in raw material supply to take advantage of the needs of factories.
Accordingly, the company is currently providing artificial cotton products and producing mattress embryos for partners. “In fact, in the field of blankets, sheets and pillows, more and more units are participating in the common playground, so the competition is increasing. In addition, Vietnam in general, and Dong Nai in particular, has an export furniture industry that needs a lot of materials like we provide. Therefore, I decided to transfer the finished product production line to another unit and focus on making raw materials, "- Mr. Hoan said.
In order to best serve the needs of customers, the company currently provides almost all kinds of industrial cotton products for factories. Besides, the mattress blanks of enterprises are also ready to meet the orders and designs of customers. Input materials of enterprises are imported from countries such as Korea, China, Thailand and Cambodia, so they always have a good quantity of goods and raw materials. Even in 2021 when the pandemic is complicated, the company still operates well thanks to its own proactive source of raw materials and its own transport team.
Use quantity as strength
From a pillow and mattress factory to specializing in making raw materials for businesses in the industry, now Mr. Hoan and his associates have built themselves a production base of over 5,000 m2 and are in the process of expanding the scale of the company. me. Each month, enterprises have the capacity to supply to the market more than 1,000 tons of cotton, pre-processed mattress products of all kinds for partners.
According to Mr. Hoan, his advantage over startups in the same industry is that he takes the assurance of large quantity supply as a criterion instead of a small supply. When the production scale is stable and there is a relative quantity of goods supplied to the market, it will help businesses optimize the costs they spend in the production process.
"With our strategy, we have now built up more than 200 regular customers who take industrial cotton and mattress products of the company as input materials for the production process" - Mr. Hoan shared.
Currently, to meet the capacity increase of the factory, Mr. Hoan is building more stockpiles of his raw materials. Accordingly, with available raw materials, enterprises are confident in investing in new technologies to create quality mattress and pillow products for partners.
