Currently, the province has 1,477 out of 1,477 agencies, units, and 865 businesses that have registered to meet cultural standards. It is estimated that by the end of 2022, the province will have 98% of agencies and units and over 75% of enterprises meeting cultural standards.

From 2017 to now, Dong Nai State Treasury has effectively implemented the criteria of building agencies and units meeting cultural standards. In particular, focus on implementing a civilized lifestyle and office cultural environment. 100% of civil servants achieve family culture, do not violate the way of life in weddings, funerals and festivals. Strictly implement the style and uniform of the agency; building institutions of culture, art, physical training and sports to serve the lives of public officials well; at the same time, focusing on promoting learning, improving professional skills, meeting people's satisfaction.

According to Deputy Director of the Dong Nai State Treasury Vo Thi Phuong Oanh, for many years, the treasury has focused on administrative reform, applying digital transformation technology and implementing democratic regulations, ensuring office civilization, welcoming and serving customers. Besides, Dong Nai State Treasury mobilized public officials to contribute to social and charity funds. In which, participated in planting 1 ha of forest worth VND 30 million;  built a bridge for people in Tan Phu district with a cost of VND 150 million; gave hundreds of gifts to difficult circumstances…

“The movement to build agencies and units up to cultural standards is carried out by the State Treasury of Dong Nai in association with studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style. Code of conduct in the workplace has come into order. No public servants smoking at work, drinking alcohol or beer during working hours; install fire prevention and fighting systems to ensure safety according to regulations. In particular, the Treasury has built a support fund in public servants. The fund operates in the form of interest-free lending/borrowing for families in difficult circumstances," said Ms. Oanh.
