Seven intersections of Phan Thiet – Dau Giay expressway are in operation

(CTTĐT-Dong Nai) – On July 7th, Thang Long Project Management Board said that the investor and contractors organized temporary traffic clearance for the remaining 4 intersections between Phan Thiet – Dau Giay with provincial roads and national highways.

The intersection between Phan Thiet – Dau Giay and HCMC – Long Thanh – Dau Giay expressway. 

There are 4 intersections continue to be temporarily opened to traffic, including intersections with National Highway 55; provincial road 720 in the territory of Ham Tan district, Binh Thuan province; and at the intersections of National Highway 56, in the territory of Cam My district; Provincial road 765, in the territory of Xuan Loc district, Dong Nai province.

 The Phan Thiet - Dau Giay expressway project's main route was opened to traffic on April 29. At the time of opening, there were 3 intersections, including: the intersection with the Ho Chi Minh City - Long Thanh - Dau Giay expressway, located in the territory of Thong Nhat District; the intersection with the National Highway 1, in the territory of Xuan. Loc district, Dong Nai Province; and the intersection connecting Ba Bau with National Highway 1, in the territory of Ham Thuan Nam district, Binh Thuan province. All three of them have been put into operation.

Up until this point, all 7 intersections in the Phan Thiet – Dau Giay expressway project are in operation.

During the temporary opening, the investor and contractors are responsible for the traffic to flow as smooth as possible, so the remaining items could be completed and inspected by the authorized government agency.

 The Phan Thiet – Dau Giay expressway is 99km in length, going through 2 provinces that are Binh Thuan and Dong Nai. The section going through Dong Nai is estimated to be around 51km. ​
