The Amata Group begun constructing the Long Thanh hi-tech industrial park

​(CTTĐT-Dong Nai) – On July 7^th, Amata City Long Thanh Joint Stock Company held the groundbreaking ceremony of the construction of technical infrastructure for the Long Thanh Hi-tech Industrial Park in Long Thanh district. Attending the ceremony were Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Mr. Ho Thanh Son; Mr. Cao Tien Dung – Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, together with representatives of departments, branches, localities, the investor of Amata Long Thanh hi-tech industrial park and partners, customers, and project implementation units.

According to Amata City Long Thanh Joint Stock Company, Long Thanh Hi-tech Industrial Park will have a total area of 410 ha, located adjacent to the Ho Chi Minh City - Long Thanh - Dau Giay Expressway, 10 km away from Long Thanh International Airport, allowing a thoroughly seaport to airport connection. The investor is Amata City Long Thanh Joint Stock Company (a subsidiary of Amata Group) with a total capital of 282 million USD. The project aims to attract new generation of technology production groups, create added value in technology, and contribute to the socio-economic development of the locality and province. ​

In the first 6 months of 2023, Amata Group has welcomed 40 investors from different countries such as the US, Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, China,... wishing to lease land to build projects with an area of ​​300 hectares. It is expected that after completing the infrastructure, the leasable area of the industrial park will quickly be filled.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Mr. Cao Tien Dung – Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee – emphasized that Long Thanh Hi-tech Industrial Park will meet the needs of corporations and businesses that are planning to invest in Dong Nai in the near future. This is Dong Nai's first industrial park prioritizing high-tech projects, aiming towards green industries, and attracting investment associated with sustainable development of the province. ​
