Director of Department of Health Phan Huy Anh Vu said that the Health sector in coordination with the functional sectors, Long Thanh District People's Committee implementing covid-19 isolation for 344 Vietnamese citizens returning from Japan. Among them were 25 pregnant women, 2 cases had ever had Covid-19.
All 344 cases above were isolated at a centralized isolation facility of People's Security University (campus 2, located at An Phuoc commune, Long Thanh district). The medical force also took samples to test for SARS-CoV-2 on 344 citizens.
Earlier, 365 citizens returned from Taiwan completed quarantine procedures and returned to their localities after 14 days of quarantine for the Covid-19 epidemic at the campus 2 of People's Security University.
