The agency or unit in charge of the organization take responsibility by law for strictly complying with the requirements and conditions prescribed for safety assurance, epidemic prevention and control; must conduct temperature measurement, wear face masks and disinfect.

Heads of agencies, units and localities have plans to inspect and supervise the prevention and control of the Covid-19 epidemic according to regulations; Heads of localities and units take full responsibility if an epidemic occurs in the area due to negligence.

Previously, on April 30, the Provincial People's Committee also issued Document No. 4558/UBND-KGVX on suspending some activities to carry out epidemic prevention and control.
