In the period of 2021-2030, Dong Nai will set up more than 430 hectares of land for commercial centers in districts, Bien Hoa City and Long Khanh City. The above land area will be implemented for about 26 commercial centers, concentrated in Bien Hoa City about 9 projects; 3 projects in Long Khanh City, 3 projects in Long Thanh District.
Commercial center projects are expected to be built in the period of 2021-2025 and construction area is from 2-100ha / center. In which, there are 3 projects with a large land area in Bien Hoa city: Commercial Center at An Binh ward is 100ha (part of the functional conversion area of Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park); The international trade center at Hiep Hoa Ward is about 75ha; Commercial Center at Thong Nhat ward is nearly 7ha. Long Thanh district has international trade and exhibition center projects at Long An, Long Phuoc communes with an area of 100ha. Nhon Trach district has a commercial center project of Nhon Trach Central Area in Phu Hoi commune about 20ha; Hiep Phuoc Trade Center in Hiep Phuoc Town is 16ha.
