New established enterprise capital increased nearly 2 times

​According to the Department of Planning and Investment, in the first 3 months of 2021, there were 948 new registered enterprises in the province with a total capital of more than VND 14 trillion, increased 35 enterprises, increased more than VND 6.2 trillion. New established enterprises had quite diverse business registration professions, in many different fields.

Industrial production attracts many new established enterprises.

New established enterprises registered about 17 different industries, but focus on business, manufacturing, construction, design consultancy, real estate, transportation, warehousing. If the new established registered capital of enterprises was only over VND 8.6 billion / enterprise in 2020, the first months of this year are more than VND 14.8 billion / enterprise the first months of this year. According to the assessment of enterprises, the production and business environment in Dong Nai still has many opportunities for development, so they have boldly invested large capital.

Mr. Vo Thanh Tuan, Head of Young Enterprises Association of Long Thanh district said: "Since the beginning of the year, orders had come to businesses and production facilities quite a lot. Therefore, many establishments had established enterprises in the field of supporting industry production to supply products to domestic-invested enterprises and foreign direct investment (FDI) enterprises. New established enterprises in the district encouraged to participate in the association so that they could link together to develop production and business".

The sectors that enterprises new established in the first months of 2021 spent large capital to invest are real estate of more than VND 2.5 trillion; construction of nearly VND 2.2 trillion; business nearly VND 1.7 trillion; processing industry is nearly VND 1.1 trillion.

Deputy Director of Department of Planning and Investment – Mr Tran Vu Hoai Ha said: "The procedures for registering the establishment of new enterprises were quite simple, so many production and business establishments had registered to enterprises to facilitate the signing of product purchase contracts with domestic and foreign partners. In the first quarter of 2021, although there were still many difficulties and challenges, positive information and comments about the prospects for Vietnam's economic recovery had helped many trust establishments to register for new establishment with a much higher capital than the same period last year to develop production and business expansion".

 * Trust the business environment of the province

The Head of Young Enterprises Association of Nhon Trach district – Mr Dinh Viet Dien said that in early 2021, the domestic economic situation had grown quite well, producing goods for domestic consumption and export were more favorable than the previous year. Many production facilities had found opportunities in difficulties to develop and expand, so they had established enterprises to operate more conveniently. FDI enterprises and domestic-invested enterprises had received many large orders, so it was necessary for enterprises linking to supply and process input products, so it also motivated businesses to establish new in the field of industry.

Since the beginning of the year, there have been nearly 180 processing and manufacturing enterprises established to produce, assemble and process domestically invested enterprises and FDI enterprises.

Dong Nai is home of industrial real estate, vibrant land, so many real estate enterprises are new established to distribute land products, houses, industrial land lease, factories in some industrial parks and industrial clusters. The real estate market is vibrant, many residential projects were implemented, construction industry in the province also developed because of the need to build houses and technical infrastructure in Dong Nai is larger. In the first 3 months of this year, there were 118 new established construction enterprises, increased nearly double the number of enterprises and registered capital.​
