Fire risk is still high
By the end of October 2022, the Fire Prevention and Fighting Police Department and the Provincial Police's Rescue recorded 27 fires in the whole province. Among them, the most fires occurred in Bien Hoa City (11 cases), Trang Bom District (4 cases) and Long Thanh district (3 cases).
In it there were several complex fires. Specifically, on September 3, the fire incident arising from the timber workshop inside the premises of Anh Quoc Trading Manufacturing Services Co., Ltd (Tan Hoa Ward, Bien Hoa City) has spread fire to factories of 7 business households, 1 company is renting premises of this company, causing damage of 4.3 thousand m2 of factory. Or Changshin Vietnam Co., Ltd. (located in Thanh Phu Commune, Vinh Cuu District) has occurred two factory fires on June 5 and Oct 17, causing many people to panic.

It is noteworthy that small production and business facilities in residential areas managed by commune-level People's Committee are more potentially dangerous. The reason was recognized by the authorities is because the facilities on the majority are houses that combine production and business. The warehouse space is narrow in the premises of the house, the householder lives in it should use the kitchen to cook, light incense worship... This gives rise to heat sources, large power sources inside the house, easy to burn spread to the goods.

Chief of Fire and Rescue Police Department, Provincial Police Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Van Hai, stated that most of the fires were caused by electrical incidents or technical breakdowns. In particular, in the end of the year, production and trading facilities in industrial parks concentrate on solving orders, which easily leads to ignition of fire prevention. In addition, an enterprise department experiencing difficulties in production has reduced the funds for maintenance, maintenance of electrical systems, equipment and fire fighting facilities. This can lead to a reduction in the efficiency of handling fire incidents when they have just arisen of enterprises.
Fire prevention control from the facility
In order to ensure fire safety at the end of the year, the role of commune-level government and head of facilities is placed first. The commune-level People's Committee - the unit is managing fire fighting the majority of production and business facilities throughout the province, will continue to grasp the facilities in residential areas. Particularly, pay attention to the inns, shops, and production facilities of household scale... because this is a place where people are concentrated in residential areas, and they will easily lead to widespread fire if there is a fire.

Mr. Nguyen Dinh Cuong, Vice Chairman of Thong Nhat district People's Committee said that he asked Thong Nhat district authorities to deal with the violation of fire and rescue and rescue facilities strictly. Particularly the police units, the local People's Committee must thoroughly view that the general inspection must be implemented drastically and comprehensively for 100% of establishments under fire management.

Also at Nhon Trach district, Vice Chairman of Nhon Trach district People's Committee Nguyen Huu Thanh said that the People's Committee of communes and towns in the area coordinate fire inspection from now until the end of 2022. Immediately after the inspection will store full records and learn how to do it by each locality. In addition, the district and local police will continue to replicate the model of the Fire Safety Interaction Group and the model of the Public Fire Fighting Point in the district ... Creating favorable conditions for people, civil defense teams quickly handle fire incidents in residential areas as soon as they arise.​
