​Improving the productivity and quality of products of enterprises through innovation contributes to the growth of local GDP. Models of exemplary productivity and quality will be formed in the period 2021-2030 to support businesses to learn, apply and improve. Management systems are considered as the sustainable capacity of enterprises and labor performance that determine the development and achievement of enterprises.

Develop a plan to develop scientific and technological potentials

That is one of the key tasks and solutions that the National Program implementation plan to support enterprises to improve productivity and quality of products and goods based on science, technology and innovation in Dong Nai province in 2021-2025.. In the period 2021-2025, the plan sets out the goal of having at least 45 businesses supported with quality solutions to improve productivity; there are at least 2 enterprises that build projects and synchronously deploy solutions to improve productivity and quality. Training about 10 experts on productivity and quality who are management teams at agencies, organizations and enterprises; form at least 1 quality productivity improvement club. The plan of the People's Committee of Dong Nai province focuses on the main tasks and solutions that are to develop legal documents and mechanisms to promote quality and productivity activities. Strengthening information and propaganda work; Supporting businesses and organizations on quality productivity. Training, coaching and fostering knowledge of quality human resources; develop scientific and technological potentials to increase productivity and quality.

Mr. Huynh Minh Hau, Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology, said that the supporting policies on science and technology of Dong Nai province in the coming period are associated with the role of supporting innovation and creativity, productivity improvement and technology transfer. The Department of Science and Technology implements support policies based on the Plan No. 12015/KH-UBND of the Provincial People's Committee on the implementation of the National Program to support enterprises to improve productivity, and product quality based on science, technology and innovation in Dong Nai province in 2021-2025.

At the conference, representatives of units and businesses shared many important knowledge related to this issue.

Mr. Nguyen The Nam, representative of the Center for Support of Small and Medium Enterprises of Directorate for Standards, Metrology and Quality, said that the unit has accompanied some enterprises in implementing solutions to improve quality productivity. In which, at Viet Farm Company - the largest aloe vera plant in Vietnam, the Center has co-operated with the training and implementation of solutions: Improve the efficiency of 5S visual image management in the office area and reduce waste of aloe vera at the processing of raw materials from 2.5% to 2%. Through the training program, waste was reduced by 69%, saving about 270 thousand VND/day, saving about 84 million VND/year.
