More than 3.8 thousand newly established enterprises

​According to the Department of Planning and Investment, in the 11 months of 2022, more than 3.8 thousand enterprises registered in the province, an increase of more than 1.5 thousand enterprises compared to the same period last year. The newly established enterprises have a total registered capital of more than 29.3 trillion VND, equal to about 60% compared to the same period of the previous year. In addition, 894 enterprises registered capital increase with additional capital of nearly 36.3 trillion VND, up more than 6% over the same period in 2021.

This year, the world economic situation has many fluctuations, so many new businesses are established, but the amount of registered capital for business investment is not high. Some newly established enterprises said that they are still learning more about the general situation of the market, if they find opportunities to develop production and business, they will register more capital to implement. From the beginning of the year until now, newly registered enterprises have been mainly in the fields of trade, services, production and processing of agricultural and industrial products.

In the past time, the economic situation was difficult, so in the 11 months of 2022, there were 464 enterprises dissolved, an increase of more than 56% over the same period. In addition, there are  561 branches, business locations and representative offices that cease to operate and 1,118 enterprises that have temporarily ceased business operating inefficiently and reducing production.
