According to Dong Nai Statistics Office, in 11 months of 2022, enterprises in the province have produced and supplied nearly 1.2 million tons of yarn in domestic and foreign markets, an increase of more than 6% compared to the same period last year. Fiber, textile yarn is currently one of the 6 main production and export items of Dong Nai. This year, textile industry businesses have expanded their domestic consumption and reduced exports.

Accumulated in 11 months of 2022, export turnover of fiber, textile yarn of Dong Nai reached more than $1.3 billion, down nearly 18% compared to the same period last year. Dong Nai's export market is quite diverse with more than 80 countries and territories around the world but the main export market is Europe, Korea, China. From 2020 to now, production of the fibre industry has grown quite, but exports are constantly declining due to enterprises returning to the domestic market and receiving quite a lot of orders. Domestic textile and garment enterprises also tend to increase sourcing domestic raw materials to reduce imports, lower transport costs, reduce supply chain fractures.
