The province is currently planning nearly 350 residential and urban projects with a total area of over 9.2 thousand hectares. The real estate and technical infrastructure sectors permitted to plan many projects and have a large amount of land for implementation.
There are three localities in the province planning the most residential projects, including Nhon Trach, Long Thanh districts, and Bien Hoa city. The Provincial People's Committee approved a land use plan in 2021 including 259 residential and urban projects with the total of 8,361ha in these three localities. There are also places where the price of non-agricultural land and agricultural transfer are extremely high. Nhon Trach district has 84 residential and urban areas projects covering 3,838 ha; Long Thanh district has 79 projects covering 3,176ha; and Bien Hoa City has 96 projects covering 1,347ha.
