Attending the ceremony were Mr. Nguyen Phu Cuong, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Ho Thanh Son, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Cao Tien Dung, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Dao Van Phuoc, Member of the Central Standing Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province; the comrades of the Central Standing Committee, leaders of departments and agencies of the province and Bien Hoa City.

ceremony spent a moment to commemorate the heroic martyrs who bravely
sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland.
