Tan Lan communal house’s at back studied for planning

WEB PORTAL – On 29-4, Chairman of the provincial People's Committee Cao Tien Dung chaired a meeting with departments, branches, Bien Hoa City People's Committee and Vingroup on the real proposal of Vincom high-class Commercial Center and Apartment Building Project in Hoa Binh Ward Binh (Bien Hoa city).

Accordingly, Vingroup proposes to invest a project of nearly 1.7 hectares into a complex of commercial and luxury apartments. The project site is located along Hoang Minh Chau street, from August Revolution road to Nguyen Van Tri street. In the above area, there are a number of active provincial agencies and units and 13 households.

 

At the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Quoc Hung, as well as many other departments, said that it is necessary to re-plan the land area behind Tan Lan communal house limited by 4 routes, August Revolution, Huynh Van Luy, Nguyen Van Tri and Hoang Minh Chau of Hoa Binh ward, Bien Hoa City.

 

Dong Nai provincial leaders said Vingroup proposed the project location is near the banks of Dong Nai river, the area of the land is shaped like a chessboard larger than 4 hectares. The province intends to plan the whole area to implement projects to create a highlight for Bien Hoa urban area.

 

Chairman Cao Tien Dung assigned the People’s Committee of Bien Hoa City to coordinate with the specialized agency to study and finalize the planning of the entire plot of this chess board and complete it in June 2020 to submit to the Provincial People’s Committee. The Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee also requested that in the planning study, it is necessary to calculate and expand the two roads, Hoang Minh Chau and Huynh Van Luy, to reorganize the traffic in this area appropriately to avoid overloading.

 

The leaders of the provincial People’s Committee emphasized that, after the planning, the province will consider investment projects in this area.
